Our ongoing 6 week Ladies Only Parkour and Freerunning Course is a great way to get into the sport!
START DATE THURSDAY 4TH JULY 7pm-8pm
On this course you will start with the basics of Parkour and progress over the 6 weeks to more advanced movements, all the time massively increasing your strength and fitness! Parkour is a fantastic full body workout and a new way to challenge your mind and your body! Fully qualified instructors will lead you through a structured session which includes a full warm up, skills work, and conditioning. Are you ready to #GiveParkourAGo?
