6 week Ninja Fit Course!

Our famous Ninja Fit training is back and better than ever! We are now running Ninja Fit as a 6 week course to maximise what we get out of training!

For the first 5 weeks we will focus on strength and agility training, with a different obstacle or skills focus for each of the 5 weeks. Bar work, Warped Wall, Spider Wall etc. Then on the 6th week, we put together everything we have learned and test ourselves on the Level Up Ninja Fit Course!

Get ready to get a serious workout and have a lot of fun on the way too!
