Partner Showcase - Arrow Martial Arts
We are pleased to welcome Arrow Martial Arts into our academy!
Headed up by founder Andy Norman, classes will teach Seven Star Praying Mantis, Tai Chi and Bagua. Andy Norman has been studying chinese martial arts for over 30 years and is a member of the International TaiJi Quan and Shaolin Wushu Association and the Britich Council for Chinese Martial Arts.
Martial arts training has many benefits, both in terms of the physical conditioning but also mental discipline and Arrow Martial Arts aims to create a friendly and warm atmosphere for students to train in.
